Policy for the Return of Originals
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Policy for Commissions
Deposits for commissioned artwork are not refundable.
Commissioned artwork is not eligible for refunds or returns
